  1. I think in today’s world, it’s ALL about engagement. If you have a business and just offer a “one and done” type of experience, that’s what you’ll get.

    Talk to your guests (yes, try to use that language) and learn more about them, why they choose you, what you may be able to offer more, what they liked and didn’t, and even if your initial business interaction wasn’t the ultimate, they’ll know you care, and get in your corner.
