  1. Try to get back with the customer asap and if you can’t help them find them the the person that can. Browning has the experence to be able to come up with a solution to almost any problem if they are willing to go along with what ever that takes to fix it.

  2. Solid advice, Donna. Too often, a front-line employee will tell us they don’t know something and not think to find a solution/answer via someone more experienced/qualified — a pet peeve of many, for sure.
